Really bad special effects, that make absolutely no geometric sense. Still much better than I remembered. The kid’s got warped dice.

This shadow, for example: In order to cast this shadow, that huge spaceship would have to be below, and in front of, the light fixtures.
This perspective makes my head spin.

Hill Street Blues

I have been so lazy with the film watching as of late, except; I haven’t been so lazy! I’ve been busy watching the classic TV show Hill Street Blues, and this is my verdict:

  • Seasons 1-3: FANTASTIC! Some of the best TV there has ever been.
  • Seasons: 4-5: A very good cop show
  • Season 6 Episode 1-3: Signals the end of an era.

And then I bailed. Why tarnish a good memory with mediocrity?

Watch seasons one through three. Be a good person. And remember: Let’s be careful out there!
