#159: I Shot Andy Warhol [1996]

The story of Valerie Solanas, legendary man-hater and would-be Warhol assassin.

“Life in this society being, at best, an utter bore and no aspect of society being at all relevant to women, there remains to civic-minded, thrill-seeking, responsible females only to overthrow the government, eliminate the money system, institute complete automation and destroy the male sex.”

#156: The Life and Death of Peter Sellers [2004]

Geoffrey Rush does a really good Peter Sellers. And the film looked really intellegint and interresting.  I wanted to like it.  I think I should have liked it.  But I was bored, bored bored.  I’ll give it a few extra points.

#151: Robocop [1987]

Wow!  I’m stunned!  I’ve seen Robocop before, but I felt certain it was going to be a horrible rewatch.  But it’s great!  The acting’s great, the effects are great, the costumes are GREAT (well, the costume).  I’ll stop there, before it gets embarrassing, but, wow, great!

Title: Robocop
Director: Paul Verhoeven
Score:   5/6
Only annoing detail: ED209’s animal noises.
